LEGO Club – alive & well

The LEGO Club at the Nacogdoches public library is still alive & well & going strong! This special program began several years ago and has become a fan favorite, held once a month, usually near the 3rd or last weekend of the month (dates vary, check schedule).

Next LEGO Club – October 18, 2014

Time: 2:30 – 4:00 p.m.

Ages: 5-17 years

LEGO building system is even more popular than ever before and is no longer the domain only of future engineers. Girls & boys of all ages and interests can enjoy fun social time with friends while developing skills in many academic areas and experiencing the thrill of making their own creations.

The LEGO group has been around since 1932 and the current style of bricks were introduced in 1958. LEGO is clearly here to stay, and thank goodness for that!

Here’s a video of how LEGO bricks are made. Video here.
