Everyone is invited to attend a free performance by the Nacogdoches Community Band.  The band includes members of the wider community, as well as SFA music students.

Please join the band on May 5 at 4:00 p.m. at the SFA Band Hall (room 121).

The performance will highlight American composers, including Aaron Copeland, John Philips Sousa and Frank Ticheli.  Pieces will include American Riversongs, selections from Four Shaker Songs, and the Liberty Bell march.

The band is conducted by Justin Allen, M.FA, and recent SFA graduate.
